1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receive. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email) is required to complete your return.

- Sale items or final clearance items

2. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace the item with a new one. Exchanges are only offered for the same item in the same style.

5. Sale and Final Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items marked as final clearance are not eligible for refunds.

7. International Returns
For international orders, all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international returns may take longer to process, and additional fees may apply.
